Banana Oat Meal Cookies Recipe with Delicious Chocolate Chips and Walnuts.

How can baking biscuits ever be quick? You usually have to get a scale, then carefully measure all the components, caress the dough for ages, then cut out small cookies into heart, star and moon shapes then wait another century'til they are baked.

NEVER EVER would I bake cookies under these conditions. That's just not how I roll. But after that I encounter those Banana Oatmeal Fitness Cookies (that's what I call them, anyhow.)

Okay, they do not taste exactly like the biscuits you receive round Christmas time. Rather they are a little more gooey and don't crumble whatsoever.

However, what largely convinced me was that you can have them ready in 25 minutes such as the baking time! No shit.

Probably the most surprising thing about the biscuits is that they call for just two ingredients! Yep that is right, and anybody can mix two ingredients.

Though in the event that you want to make them even tastier and/or healthier you can pimp them up using some add ons like raisins, walnuts or cinnamon. That's up to you!

It seems increasingly like a sales pitch (it's not -- nobody's gonna pay me if you consume them), but I have to mention yet another amazing thing about these cookies.

They're tasty! Yep, once I'd had the initial I finished the remainder inside an hour.

They are ideal for hiking excursions or other occasions where you need a quick energizing snack on the go. Now I keep them as a fast snack in a fantastic read my backpack.

It must also be noted that they're vegan. No eggs, no milk, none of the typical cookie supposes. Just oats and bananas.

Take oats for example. Not only do they reduce your cholesterol levels which consequently helps you prevent developing heart disease or diabetes, but they also energize you with great carbs and nutrients to keep you going for more throughout the day.

Those nutrients contain manganese, good for bone production and skin integrity in addition to magnesium -- important for energy production to allow you to feel more awake

Same with bananas -- the favourite fruit among athletes -- not only because they have an adequate quantity of good carbs but also for being the huge players in the potassium game.

Potassium is a really important nutrient for preventing fatigue and muscular cramps. Pretty good if you have a challenging day before you.

Since you can see, I am a huge fan.

2 Ingredient Cookies. Just combine bananas and oats and then bake them for 15 minutes. Excellent for when you need a power boost on the move. Enjoy!

If you do not possess this make sure to wash the baking dish with butter (or olive oil if you are vegan)

To make the cookie shape simply grab a spoon and garnish an adequate sum from the mixture onto the baking tray like I did at the photograph above. It is super quick and easy.

Away it goes into the oven for approximately 15 - 20 minutes.
